ALPGRIDS: Increasing Renewable Energy Sources (RES) uptake through Microgrids in the Alps
In the European Union funded project ALPGRIDS a consortium of 12 partners, among them B.A.U.M. Consult, develop an Alpine microgrid model to foster low-carbon energy communities. The transnational approach aims to create an enabling institutional, socio-cultural and economic environment to successfully take off microgrids in the Alpine Space and beyond. read more
e-MOTICON – Electric vehicle charging infrastructure for the Alpine Space
From Munich to Padua by electric vehicle – in the EU funded project e-MOTICON, 15 partners from the Alpine Space are working on a transnational strategy for a consistent and interoperable development of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure. read more
Alpine Energy Meetings on Advanced Technology
Coordinated by B.A.U.M., the consortium of the EU funding project AlpEnMat developed the standardised event format JAM BITE. At the same time, JAM BITE serves as a networking platform, which connects SMEs offering innovative and sustainable technologies and services for the Alpine Space with investors and clients. read more
Master plan electric mobility for the city of Mönchengladbach
Together with the project consortium consisting of Ecolibro GmbH, EMCEL GmbH, Siemens AG, Mobility Intelligent Traffic Systems, Planungsbüro Richter-Richard and IVU Umwelt GmbH, B.A.U.M. Consult has developed an electric mobility concept for the city of Mönchengladbach. read more
PolyEnergyNet: Resilient poly-networks for security of supply for the grids in Saarlouis
In the research project PolyEnergyNet B.A.U.M. and nine other scientific and industrial partners develop a model for decentralised control intelligence of energy networks. The project receives funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy within the framework of the research initiative “Future-proof Power Grids”. read more
