The collaboration between Alpensped GmbH and B.A.U.M. Consult initially focused on the introduction of a well-founded sustainability management system. In a first step, a materiality analysis and stakeholder analysis were carried out, the results of which were translated into concrete goals and measures in a strategy workshop. These form the basis for the sustainability report in the “3 N” format.
Every two years, B.A.U.M. Consult supports Alpensped GmbH in the preparation of its sustainability report, always based on current analyses. In 2024, a reweighting of the material topics along the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was carried out with the support of the CheckN analysis tool. This process was supplemented by an opportunity and risk analysis along the entire value chain.
The current report takes into account both the criteria of the German Sustainability Code (DNK) and Alpensped’s own proven format. The collaboration helps to permanently anchor sustainability in the corporate structure and strengthen the external impact through transparent communication.
