Since May 2017, the federal initiative “mobil gewinnt”, initiated by the Federal Ministry for the Environment (BMUB) and the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMVI), has been making an important contribution to corporate mobility management – a key lever of the transport transition in Germany.
To kick off the initiative, a nationwide competition was held between May and October 2017. Public and private companies submitted over 50 innovative concepts for sustainable corporate mobility. 26 of these concepts were awarded prizes.
Until July 2018, “mobil gewinnt” subsequently supported companies across Germany with 300 free initial consultations on corporate mobility management. The program thus reached a wide range of economic players – from SMEs to large companies.
The accompanying evaluation showed an extraordinarily high level of satisfaction among the counseling recipients and confirmed the effectiveness of the support program.
