The certified Sustainable Leadership course was designed as an in-service training course for middle management executives – especially from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The target group are internal multipliers who want to strategically anchor sustainability in their organizations. The course takes place over a period of six months.
B.A.U.M. Consult has been involved right from the start: We have been supporting the course since 2021, initially as part of the pilot project in which the basic module was designed along the curriculum together with our team of trainers. Since then, this module has been continuously developed further and implemented hands-on.
The trainers from B.A.U.M. Consult teach content in particular on the fundamentals of sustainability, strategy development and sustainability communication – always well-founded, using a wide range of methods and with utmost practical relevance. In this way, participants are comprehensively prepared for their role as sustainability managers.
