Around 80 colleagues from Berlin, Hamm, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Graz and the Öko-Zentrum NRW came together in Berlin-Dahlem – for exchange, strategy, networking and yes: a pretty good party. The highlight of the evening? Our in-house DJ, who impressively brought out the dance potential of a sustainability team. Disco ball on, everyday life off. 
But, of course, we can do more than just beats.
In an interactive World Café, we took a close look at our broad service portfolio. And once again, we realized how much expertise there is in our colleagues and in our network. When over 30 years of sustainability and transformation experience come together in one place, new project ideas, fresh perspectives and real synergies are created. It is precisely because we are growing that it is so valuable to know who is working on what and how we can strengthen each other.
The supporting program also had substance: in the Botanical Garden Berlin there were tropical temperatures, input on vegetative climate adaptation and a little break from the Berlin winter. At Domäne Dahlem – an ecological farm in the middle of the city – it became clear once again that transformation begins in concrete, local and networked ways.
In addition: really good food and an organization that showed how much heart and soul is in our Berlin team. Thank you Amelie, Ralf and Patrick!
What remains?
A strong sense of cohesion.
A growing network.
And the certainty that we not only advise on transformation – we also live it.
