23rd November 2021, online: For the second time, the annual conference of the transnational research platform "Joint Programming Platform Smart Energy Systems (JPP SES)" took place. High-ranking speakers from science, industry, and the European Commission exchanged project results, possible goals, and solutions within the framework of the platform activities. read more

13th October 2021, online: In the extended program of the EU Sustainable Energy Week, more than 60 participants discussed together with speakers i.a. from the European Commission the possibilities for project-related cooperation outside of funding and project durations. read more

15th September 2021 At the two-day conference of the Platone research project, around 300 participants took a look at the results and challenges of flexibility in the power supply system. B.A.U.M. Managing Director Ludwig Karg moderated the second day of the event, which focused on the role of energy communities in the energy transition. read more

21 April 2021: Since early 2021, B.A.U.M. has been providing support for ETIP SNET - one of the central platforms for the implementation of the European Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET Plan). At the launch of the new series of ETIP SNET Regional Workshops, B.A.U.M. moderated the panel discussion and two forums in digital format. read more

25th March 2021: Together with seven European partners, B.A.U.M. is working on an IT-based tool as part of the EU project REFEREE, which helps those responsible in politics and business to evaluate the benefits of energy efficiency measures beyond the energy dimension. Now, the committee accompanying the project met to discuss the potentials of the tool. read more
