Flexibility

Regeneration
With us, you can relax from work on 30 vacation days a year and on the public holidays of the Bavarian calendar (applies to employment in Munich or Berlin). At a defined time of company affiliation, there is also the option of applying for sabbaticals and unpaid leave.

At B.A.U.M. Consult, diversity meets a common understanding of values. Every voice, every idea counts with us – regardless of whether you are just starting out or already have a lot of experience. Some of our colleagues started with us as interns and are now division managers. Others have been shaping our company since its beginnings over 30 years ago and are still passionate about it today.
